These terms govern your use of the Airpumpx website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, you provide accurate information, and you agree to these terms. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example due to suspected fraud or stock issues; if we do, any charges will be refunded.

After checkout, orders enter processing for 2–4 business days. When your order ships, we email a tracking link. Delivery within the United States typically takes 6–12 business days depending on destination, carrier capacity, and external factors. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

We offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our returns procedure. Normal wear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered. To start a return, email contact@airpumpx.store with your order number and photos if applicable.

Products are intended for consumer use and must be operated according to the instructions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airpumpx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
