Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all accessories and original packaging.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

  • Email contact@airpumpx.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), return address, and instructions.
  • Ship the item within 7 days of RMA approval using a trackable service. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Change of mind / not needed / ordered by mistake: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item received: We cover return shipping or provide a pre-paid label after verification.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days after approval for the refund to appear (bank/processor times vary).
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged/Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@airpumpx.store with photos/video of the issue and the packaging. After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you and provide a pre-paid return label if a return is required.

Exchanges

Want a different model or replacement unit? Start a return as above and select Exchange in your email. We’ll ship the replacement after we receive and inspect the original. If the new item’s price differs, we’ll charge or refund the difference.

Non Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene and quality control, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned used, incomplete, or without original accessories/packaging
  • Personalized/custom items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

You can request a cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, please use the standard returns process. (Your Shipping Policy states orders are processed before dispatch; we’ll do our best to intercept).

Return Address

The return address is provided in your RMA email. Do not ship items back without an RMA, as they may be lost or refused.
